OK there is a big FURRY spider downstairs!!!!
Now my choice is to get the vacuum and suck it up and risk the ugly thing crawling or falling on me, or waiting for Mike to kill him tomorrow?

Now he is downstairs so.... it is not like he can crawl on me when I am sleeping and he has not moved in the last 3 hours....

That one sounds like a wolf spider this time!

Squash him!! (but not with my screw gun this time!)

It is too high to kill it w/the screw gun!!!!

He has not moved yet!!!!!

There are many solutions to this type pf proiblem. You can suck him up or just kill him , or you can douse him with hairspray and light him on fire, or trap him with tape, flush him ect. whichever you choose, but make it fun by making him pay for irritating you.

EWWWW!!!! Hazy I do NOT like killing spiders, so I definately do not want to prolong this by being creative!!!

The problem is the hairy jerk spider is high up so I am afraid if I try to vaccuum him up he will fall on me or start crawling really fast. It happenend to me once!!!! YUCK! I wish I had a roommate right now one who kills spiders!!!

Actually I typically don't kill insects at all. I try to relocate them to out of doors. They don't bother me though. Do you have any extensions for your vacuum?

Living on the water I get TONS of big hairy spiders. Not having a man around (most of the time) has led me into HAVING to kill these. So, just grab some toilet paper and squash the sucker. Then hurry and run to the bathroom to flush it.

yeah, sometimes not having a guy around can be a crapshoot when it comes to taking out the garbage, killing spiders, reaching things on the top shelf...

...but that's what they made neighbors for!
