Way to go Pauline and THANK YOU for posting your endeavors....I know I definitely have a good 10 pounds to lose so if you're getting your arse to the gym at 6 in the morning I have no excuse so off I go too........


And you better have that extra scoop of something today!

well 125 is a very realistic goal weight for her height at 5'5
a healthy fit women should be between 119-140 for 5'5
(at least thats what is listed in my nutrition book)

So the extra 10 pounds will bring her to 125 which is what she was over the summer

Altough I never met her in person...I have seen plenty of pics of the sweet pauline,

and where she has an extra 10 is beyond me.... <_<

you probably saw pics of her from boating season which she was at 125
she wants to be back to her weight that she was in the summer

Yeah, I've been in hibernation the last couple months and though you guys wouldn't notice a difference in clothes (maybe); nekkid it does look different...

but~already improving!

No before shot... dont' want that info hanging around my life!!
