looking to take kids out to fish for some smallies any one know of a good spot ,I will be travelling out of the Ruscom river

where is the hump is it marked, thanks for the info.

Do a search on the website here for marinecruiser.com. It's an interactive map. You'll see the hump on the map. It is the most predominate structure on the lake. It runs from Belle River, North into the lake about 3-5 miles. Look for some of the higher spots and "sharp" (1 foot) drop offs and drag tubes. The Belle Hump is also marked on every fold up map of the lake that you can buy at most tackle stores. You can also try the 6-8-10-12 foot flat from the Ruscom to stoney point if the hump fails to produce satisfactory results. Good luck.
