info on places to recharge boat/muskie night fishing question

I'm heading up thurs thru sat. unless we get ran off by pleasure boaters before that. Any of you know cheap moderatly clean and most importantly safe places to stay the night and recharge. I don't want to have to shoot someone on my muskie outing. Heading out of I think New baltimore launch, if thats the north most launch. Hell, if you know of a place, I'll sleep in the truck and just plug in the boat. Too bad Wal-mart doesn't have outside plugs. Have any of you had luck casting for muskie at night? We figured Sat. will be packed with boaters so we thought about just fishing all night fri. into sat. morning then leaving by noon. Thanks in advance. Rusty

I fish at night alot. I usually hit it more during the heat of summer, but it's good any time. I usually try to concentrate my time during the weekdays when traffic is very low, but come July/August, I'll fish nights after work for the sake of heat.
Ruth Motel in Harrison Twp. It just down the street from the Spillway launch.
There's a new Holliday Inn Express on Gratiot between M-59 and 21 Mile. Don't know their rates but I've seen quite a few rigs parked there this summer.
  1. Lakecrest motel new baltimore 2 Lake view motel Fair haven 3 Colony motel Pearl beach
Are there any houses or cabins for rent on the water anywhere?
all three i listed are on the water 1&2 on anchor bay 3 on scr not too far from lsc decent prices havent been there in a few years could try chamber of commerce in new balt or algonac to see what they recomend .
dont go to the ruth motel that place is the scummiest dirtiest place u could stay
WE ALWAYS STAY IN ROSEVILLE AT THE SUPER 8. IT IS PRETTY CLEAN AND BOATER FRIENDLY, JUST NOT SURE HOW FAR IT IS FROM WHERE YOU WANT TO LAUNCH...
