We just passed the health inspectiion, I will be there today around 6 or 7, tomorrow maybe in the afternoon, and later and sunday after 3ish, we have several parties at the hall to put out so that takes priority, but I will be there too

The meatball contest is the bomb!!

I hope you print the winning recipe; since my mom passed away 2 years ago, I forgot what authentic meatballs tasted like.

There will be one for restaurants and home made as well, It should be in our news paper which can be picked up next month at any local Italian store(nino's, randazzo, Vince and Joes) and I will try to remember to e-mail them to you if it goes to print.
