I lent Dan Spencer a $3000 Projection TV the night of game 3 of the Red Wings (Almost 2 weeks ago) Because there Projector was broke. He called me in a panic while I was cooking a nice dinner I dropped everything and rushed out to install one.

mind you this was a last minunte free be. All I asked was that I need the projector back the next day. I'm pissed I call his cell phone no answer I call jacks no return phone calls they say Dan is in meeting I then got pissed because he was in meeting for a full week? I talked to Mike he said he would get back with me I think that will be the last Favor he gets.

I make a living with this equipment I wonder If I borrowed a stove what would they say.

Jacks will never get a free be from Swensen's Video again I gave them deals on the super Bowl the Oscars and the Red Wings games and look.

i knew nothing of this, but i'm frustrated with dan, too. i've been calling his cell for 3 days about something work related and even I get no answer from him. he also hasn't returned the rabbit suit from easter.

i left mike a vm on his cell, and i left a long message at jack's, too. mike usually gets in about 2 today. he WILL take care of it, you can count on that.

I really like Jack's. I think there food is very good. Their Sunday brunch is awesome. But, seems like I have been hearing more and more troubled stories like this. I wanted to reserve a boat for my dads birthday the other week and when I e-mailed them, they never got back with me. I then called, and the girl couldn't find the reservation book. Finally, just gave up after she told me to call back. went somwhere else for his birthday. Ohh well. Better luck next time.

I got my projector back Dan called and said he felt like an a$$ said he was sorry sounded like he felt bad but like the guote above it could have happened soon I feel much more relaxed but one more day and I wouldn't have to wonder if he was dead (lol)

i do the emails for jack's. what email address did your request come from? i generally get all the requests, so this surprises me.

in response to the 'more troubled stories', every place that does the volume jack's does has some glitches. no place runs smooth 100% of the time. the fine peeps of lscn DO are now exposed to more 'behind the scenes' stuff cause of increased deals done with lscn members (cause jack's wants to tap you guys to give you business, too).

and i want to point out that anytime there is a problem and it has been posted here and i see it, i have taken immediate action on it and the problem resolved asap. jack's does not claim to be infaliable, but i can claim to try to clean up the error as quick as can be even if it isn't my fault...cause there's no 'i' in team. unless you're spelling it in spanish, and then, well, there is indeed an i.
