k - see that little light purple spot on the inside of my arm... well it's DARK purple and about 3 inches in diameter and hurts like CRAZY!!! I have about 15 more that look just like it from falling a dozen times! Man I'm a clutzy drunk!

Oh and yes, my ankle is sprained. Feeling better today, but definately sprained. Thanks for your concern bobrob, you are too nice to me!

Man that was an awesome day!
