LOL. It's confirmed! "TruTV" will have camera crews on the Sheriff's boats at Jobbie Nooner 06/26/09. If you're not careful you could end up on one of their show's!!!

Can you confirm Kid Rock bought the island for concerts and will be recording them with the new camera towers???

I am half tempted to delete this thread, but it is very comical. I wonder if lmw911 even realized that we have a couple Sheriff Officers as members on this site?

Wow, you guys need to relax a little. I happen to be in law enforcement and my cousin called and told me he was one of the camera crewman and I thought it was a little humorous. Sorry didn't mean to ruffle any feathers. I'm not a JN fan, just thought it was funny what a reputation it's getting.

Welcome and prayers sent on the LE career. There is one job that doesn't pay nearly enough and gets little respect from most people. It takes a special breed to join the profession, thanks from me for doing it

Very relaxed here. Just laughing at the rumors that start every year about JN!!!

You have to understand the history of year after year after year the outlandish claims and speculation surrounding JN on here and other sites. This year hasn't been as bad, but in the past....wow. So, there are a few of us LSCN veterans that sometimes fire back with a little sarcasm and attitude toward first time posters that come on and post something like that. I hope you understand? Other than that, if you are genuinely interested in LSCN? Welcome!

As far as camera crews on Sheriff boats, I think it could be possible. I would like to hear it directly from a reliable source. I have watched that program that is shot in Florida and the West coast (forget the name) that is like COPS but on the water. Pretty interesting.

I completely understand everyone's posts. I hear what you're saying about the rumor's and such that start flying about the JN. My cousin is not sure which boat's they are going to be on. Producer's went to a meeting with Sheriff's, Coast Guard, Border Patrol, local law, etc. I know I won't be out there. Never have, never will. I don't mind a good party but it's a little over the top for me. Thanks for the "welcome". This a great site and I look forward to some good discussions.

I kind of wish I could see all the true stupidity of jobbienooner from the comfort of my home. They should get cops or trutv or someone out there.

Kind of like "my name is earl" when they have the episodes where they were on "cops"
