Hi All,

Fishing with the family Sat and Sun. Fishing for Bass or whatever hits. We had a hard time finding them

Saturday - we fished mostly behind Grassy in the Baltimore channel. Nothing. Moved to the breaks in around fair haven. Nothing. Found a few Large mouths around Anchorville in 4ft of water.

Sunday - a bit better. Caught a Walleye, a small mouth and a 6lb sheeps head 2 miles SE of huron point in 17 feet of water. Moved south to 9 mile road area 12 - 8 ft of water and a swing and a miss - never saw it. Moved north out in front of memorial park and caught 3 smallies one of wich was a 4lb smallie in 9 ft of water.

We fished tubes, grubs, rattletraps, stick baits and spinner baits. All fish were caught on plastics. Is it tough because of the fish fly hatch. The walleye we caught puked a bunch of flys when it got near the surface.

We hit the LM Bass pretty good Saturday Evening at sundown around Harsens Island. Caught on tubes and bobber fishing with a worm (was trying for panfish). I actually caught 3 bass on 4 casts. The walleye were a different story 1 in about 5 hours Friday night and Sat Morning.

QUOTE(castforcash @ Jul 6 2009, 01:16 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>the fish flies make the bass fishing better if you know how to fish it and where to go.

So, Would you like to fill us in a little more on the subject or are you just bragging that you know how but your not gonna tell. I thought this was supposed to be a reports and tips forum.
