Has anyone made the trip to Port Huron for night time walleye fishing? I heard that in the summer they start biting around 11PM and will limit by 12 or 1AM.
They start in mid to late June and continue throughout the summer. Last year we made one trip to Port Huron but never made it much past the bridge. A cold front moved through the area with strong winds out of the north, forcing us to stay in the river. 4ft- 6ft waves is not my idea of fun, especially at night on the big lake.
