You may vote again on more than one date. Even if you do not want to do the hunt itself but want to go and bounce around the woods with us you are more than welcome. And add your vote as it is to help me in deciding how many vehicles will be needed. This hunt will start at daybreak and end at dusk. So it will be an all day event. If you can not attend all day you are welcome to go but might have to drive on your own. I will schedule the volunteers and rides for the all day. If you can't attend all day and want to go please come along but you might have to drive or ride with someone who can only go for half the day also.If you are flexible please vote on as many dates you can attend and also how many will be in your party. It is time to get this rolling and Thus I will leave this up until Monday February 1, 2010. At that time I will post which date and how many for that date. If you are willing to drive please let me know in a reply to this and how many you can comfortably fit in your vehicle. I will be doing some scouting this week.

I can drive and carry myself plus three others and gear. I will also be bringing a 4' x 8' trailer to haul hogs with When we down them.
So 1 vehicle + 3 passengers. And a trailer for hogs.

Also We are thinking about possibly making this an annual event if all goes well, But we are thinking of doing the next one in the early fall so the weather will be a little better. Any input on that would be greatly appreciated as well.

After This is done I will have all peeps pm me to get an accurate count and so I know who is going and from where so I can set up a meeting place easy for all who are attending to be able to meet at. This count is to get a general idea of how many on that day so I can plan it for the majority of people to be able to attend.

I've been trying to vote but I keep getting an error report. So, you can count me and brother for 2 on both sat. the 20th and sun. the 21st. We may be traveling in his truck and would definately do so if all other seats are taken, but carpooling to share gas cost would definately be welcome.

ok i will put you down for 2 and ride if possible. Thank you It helps me immensely to get everyone situated as far as knowing cars and passengers. with the cost of gas I think it is best to ride share up there and back.

there we go I forgot to put a zero in for the days that can't be made. that is probably why you had a problem getting the vote in if you didn't select one in each category it might not have let you vote.

O.K. Feb. 20th won out. Now the next question is out of all the people that are planning on attending, If you have plans on attending the ice fishing food drive and get together / tournament. Are you still going to be able to make both. I will make both outing regardless but I don't want to stretch anyone to thin.

I have done some scouting without much luck and will continue to scout to get this ready. I am planning midland county this weekend. And there is a ton of state land up there.
