a group of us from gilbert's is getting together saturday, august 15 to head over to huron pointe and shoot some sporting clays. some of the guys are talking about meeting at gilbert's for and camping over-night friday the 14th then leaving saturday morning around 11:00 to go to huron pointe for some sporting clays, then back to gilbert's for some trap, skeet, archery, and a pot luck dinner and then camping saturday night as well. I'll probably just participate saturday. everyone is welcome all three days, or just one or two days huron pointe charges $17.00 per round and you will need 50 shells to shoot the course.
it sounds like a good time, especially if we get a good sized crowd involved

gilbert's is a sportsman's club on omo rd. south of 28 mile. we shoot trap, skeet and archery. I'm out there for a trap league every tuesday evening and anyone that reads this is invited to come on out and give it a try if you like.
