wooooah!! what a lightning show on the lake this eve!!!!....but there's always clean up after the party...firemen flying around town, chairs strewn around the yard...even my jacuzzi cover flew off taking the straps right out of the wood...probably some dented vehicles from the hail....hope no one got hurt though

I watch the "show" driving home from the boat, on Southfield fwy and I-96. It was quite spectacular.

Glad I wasn't watch to intently though, or I'd have hit one of those construction site arrow trailers (those things that light-up a big move left or right arrow). Two of the four lanes were closed on I-96, and apparently, the gusty wind had blown at least two of the signs around. One was facing entirely the wrong way (no lights, no reflectors), and ended up in the two open lanes! Yikes!

I called 911 and reported it.
