Would like to get out and do some Perch and Walleye fishing. Could use some help; where should I look, bait ideas, water depth, best time etc. Thanks!

I have been doing pretty good out at the St. Clair Light, drifting with 1 to 1.5 oz bottom bouncers and yellow harnesses. Every time I have been out there i got at least one walleye and about 20 perch with a lot of them being on the smaller side. I am actually heading out there this evening. I have been fishing anout 1/4 to 1/2 mile west of the Light and the water in that area is between 17 and 20 feet.
For Perch.

For Walleye:

Marine City, In town, just outside the docks and seawalls chugging. Best times are at Dawn and at Dusk.

Is the St. Clair Light the light that marks the shipping channel straight out form GPYC?

SC light is the huge marker about halfway between the rivers,

Papa if you put a location in your info you may get some advice close to home, the dumps are usually decent this time of year but I have been fishing the SCR as its still been pretty good, but don't tell anyone? LOL
