Had a fellow LSCN member driving a blue pick up (I think it was a Ram) pull up next to me and give me a wave on M-59 yesterday. Who were ya? Tried to catch up to ask but traffic got to thick, then you exited.

Then, the idea hits me. What if under your LSCN lettering was your screen name. I wonder if LSCN could make that available to us at a reasonable cost. It would look something like:

LAKESTCLAIR.NET

"Top Gun"

except the screen name would be centered. I just can't seem to do it that way hear.
But you get the idea, right?
Has this ever been brought up before?

I know someone that does vinyl lettering, but don't know if she can do better pricing than what we already get.

I think it would be best to find somebody to create that as an "add-on". You can buy the Lakestclair.net decals from us so that the font and size are consistent, and then get and vinyl decal printer to run one off with just your name. That font doesn't have to match that of the website.

BTW, decals can still be ordered online here.

I had my MC numbers done by a sign shop. They do a lot of custom vinyl lettering and I think it was something like .75 per 3" letter. They did 2 sets of 16 letters (top color and shadow are separate color letters) for $24 and they laid it out so that all I had to do was peel off the backing and stick it on (just like the lscn stickers). It seems like it would be pretty reasonable to have done. See if there is an "American Sign Shop" local to you. They could do any of several thousand fonts, so if you wanted it to match, maybe one of the Capts here could help us out with the font name.

No, might have been Garydebs. He's got a big, dark blue (almost purplish) Ford (or was it a Dodge?)

I'm almost sure it was a dodge, but I won't bet my life savings on it

I'm guessing it probably was Gary. He travels that road to work.

He watches for the LSCN stickers. I think he said he saw someone the other day too!!
