I seen this on history channel or speedvision or something. the really cool part is you can drive ATV's into the back part, the transom wall drops down and is low enough to drive on to from the right dock ramp of course.

OK, I just read about this boat in this months boating magazine. It's a Don Smith 40ft APTD. A "ruggedized" version of their 42 ft center console fishing boat. It's been chopped down to 40 ft to fit in a C-130 cargo plane, and is powered by twin 440 bhp Yanmars hooked up to a "Power Vent" propulsion system whereby the exhaust is directed into the prop tunnels reducing noise and heat signature. Its got surface piercing propellers set in tunnels beneath the boat. APTD = Advanced Propulsion Technology Demonstrator. It's currently being shown at the MACC (Multi-Agency Craft Conference) held at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek un Norfolk, Virginia,
