take vitamins here

Out the door at 6:02am......
Get to Work 6:50am,,, go downstairs to cafe and get coffee and oatmeal or toast with PB.....
Sit and surf net all day---still slow at GM!

I do this before I get out of bed.

, wake up at 4:30, spooge, get out of bed at 4:32
floss and brush teeth at 4:35
shave if needed at 4:40
shower at 4:50

leave house at 5:10

spend 8 hours reading everone's posts
go home at 2:00
another hard day's work.

Usually a normal routine...
up at 7ish
put on workout clothes
wash face
brush teeth
feed the cats
pet the cats
say by to Kurt(still in bed, but getting up )
move cars around
out the door at 745
home from work at 12:00
go to gym
run around

this week first thing in the morning I have been peeing on sticks
and having alot of [email protected]
Its baby making week

Up at 7:00 (btw - I'm not a morning alarm waker upper, but my 5 year old's alarm clock that blares out a digital version of Yankee Doodle has been working for me so far)
Put on a pot of coffee
Make the kids lunches, go through their backpacks & sign journals
7:30 wake up the chillens
Pour a cup of Joe
7:40 - go back in to get the kids up again
7:45 - get kids dressed, brush hair & teeth
8:00 - make breakfast
8:15 - walk kids across the street to school
8:20 - shower
8:30 - sit at the computer w/coffee & cigs, check emails, get on LSCN & start my day

Hit snooze - 6 until 6:20.
Shower and shave - 6:35.
Get dressed and make breakfast - 7:00
Drive to office - 7:45
COFFEE!

use bathroom at 8:31 or 10:01
feed cats at 8:35 or 10:05
stumble to computer at 8:36 or 10:06 with either oj or coca cola
jump in shower, brush teeth, shave legs, pits, etc, wash hair at 11:30
if an event the night before, hangover wears off 11:50
out the door for meetings at 12:30

Up at 5 am do all the hygene stuff wake son up at 5:40 have coffee chat with son after he does all the hygene stuff. Leave at 6 :20 start work at 7 check lscn boards at 7:01

Alarm starts going off at 6:30....once 7:00 hits I start to think that I should get up.
7:00-7:10 shower,brush teeth, all all the other junk that goes along with hygene.
7:10-7:15 look deep in the colest due to my laundry shortage.
7:15-7:20 Iron any wrinkles out of the clothes.
7:22 leave for work.
7:30 Arrive at work only 30 min late.
