Finally got out to cast for musky again (been over a week) between selfridge & the salt. I figured with the rain coming it would be a good night, but had no follows and one small hit (probably a bass). Fished 6-8' of water casting Bucktails from 7PM till dark. I did get to break in my new 8 1/2' spinning rod and spooled up with 65lb braid. Loved the new outfit, I have alot more backbone to the rod and with the braid I can cast the bucktails a mile.

Same here. Went with Adamfish to Brunner Island with only 2 follows in 3 hours. 1 Pike on a live rigged perch and 1 musky trolling away from the island.
