I fish on a regular basis along the flats of the Middle Channel and have noticed over the last 2-3 years a considerable increase in a type of moss (algae?) form previous years. One can hardly fish any more along the bottom with out pulling this junk up. I was wondering if anyone had a scientific explaination for this mess.
