Nail pops are not that hard to fix you could do this your self.

glue removal from wall paper

Correct me if I am wrong, but if I remove the glue from the paper won't it fall off the wall?

I don't know how much I would be comfortable charging you for changing a light bulb.

I don't normally don't do handy man work for hire, but since work hasn't cut lose with overtime in almost 2 years and I don't want to be Boater2be forever. A few side jobs might not be a bad idea.

Like I said nail pops are not a big deal just a little time consuming. (Drying time)

The light should be easy to diagnose and repair. Normally it's a bad switch or a wire broke or came loose at the switch or fixture, on occasion fixture itself is bad.

Need more info on the wallpaper thing. Did you recently strip wallpaper from a room and need to get the glue residue off of the walls or did glue get spilled on the wallpaper and you need to remove the glue without damaging the paper???

Light was one of those "pull on the chain" lights and I ripped the chain out of the socket.
