The house is from the 40's...

garage is older than that... and should be destroyed but I'm just upgrading it...

the roof on the house is from 90 ish... however, something happened and the shingles lifted and moisture got under and rotted the wood. When I bought the house 2 years ago the inspector said it had to go and that you might even fall through in spots...

my favorite thing to spend money on is my house...

You should have seen when I first moved in;

within the first 8 weeks I had:

New furnace
New plumbing
All new electric
gargbage disposal
hardwood floors refinished
downstairs bathroom gutted
all new paint downstairs
most light fixtures changed
all outlets changed to white...

it's been constant....

after the roof, kitchen (bleah) and upstairs there will be nothing left!

With all that work, you probably would've been better off building a new house.

Need FABULOUS roofer!

Does that indicated that he should be gay also?
Will he have to be your gay buddy after the job is done?

Or do you already have a gay buddy and are picking up his lingo and using it here?
