need help trouble shooting 20 hp motor

Is there anybody out there that can offer an opinion on a 1972 Sea King 20 hp. motor? Whole motor has been rebuilt from carb, to hoses and wires.

I can't get a spark in top or bottom plugs. Gas is brand new. Don't have a clue.

All work done by a shop that has sence closed. would like to fix motor myself if i can.

I run mercs so I am not real familiar with the sea king....but, it sounds like either a coil or something in the ignition.
