Neti pot

Ive heard a lot about the neti pots over the years but I do not like sticking things up my nose (i.e. nasal sprays, etc). Although every time I go to my allergist, he gives me a new nasal spray and recommends the neti pot. I just dont fill the script or buy the neti.

Same here! I could never be a coke addict. Can't stand puting things in my nose, let alone flushing out my brains. But, like you, the finger isn't a problem
