Keep this date open SEPTEMBER 28, 2003 for the first annual Jack's Waterfront Resturant and Lake St Clair Network Bass Tournament (Name will be changed). I went to a meeting about it this past week and we set a date for a low entry ($60.00/team) with a good guarenteed cash payout (close to $2000 for first). All proceeds from the tournament are being donated to the Save Our South Channel Lights organization (SOSCL).
The details are still being worked on, but the take off and weigh-in will be at Jack's Resturaunt (in the Emeral City Harbor Marina complex) and will include breakfast and BBQ at weigh-in. Possibility of a Bikini contest or Shrimp eating contest also!
I will keep everyone posted when details become avaiable, with participation this tournament could easily get to a $4000 payout for first! At a $60.00 entry thats pretty darn good!
Man, I sure hope so (Glad you added that last part). But if I do screw up, this gives me something to do to occupy my time on Sunday (and forget my sorrow).
Okay cameraguy. But I'm glad the entry fee is low. If I can't make the top 15% in the BFL, it'll probably mean I'm in 'donater' mode. Maybe if we put both of our stuff together, we can avoid embarrassment...

Hey Mini,
I just asked about a LSCN Tourney a few weeks ago. Awesome!! Count me in. You picked a good time of year to have it since most club tourney's are finished and the Fall bite is starting. Man, I hope I can find my bikini!
One question: I assume you will have a 5 fish limit???? If so you may want to clarify this early so you can pick up some guys that like to fish alone and don't want to be penalized with a 6 to 10 fish limit.
