Pulled wire from 9-11pm last night and had a blast fighting the wind and controlling the boat.
Caught a few white bass in 18fow and 2 eyes in 40fow. Eyes came on hot steel and a brown/orange smithwick rattlin rogue. Ended the night the same as last week with both of my top leads a tangled mess.
I must have gone over a school of rock bass and I had a double header on my top two leads and the bastards danced and spun the leads beyond saving. I had extra leads tied and ready but between that and the wind I decided to stop while I was ahead. No complaints, couple of meals and nice weather minus the wind.
