Was fishing perch out by the St Clair Light yesterday afternoon and nailed this nice walleye. Ended up with the one walleye and 12 perch over 10 inches.

I was headed there tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how I did. Last week 3 customers came in with 3 limits of perch 8"-12". They are in the weed beds around the sc light for sure!!

Try a pink crawler harness with a white stripe. I bought it as a gag for my wife last week and after she outfished me, I went back and got a few more. Black with pink stripe has been good as well. Good luck!

I've learned from a great fisherman about how good Pink/White blades work for Mr. Walleye. Looks like you mighta shot yourself in the foot when you got that for your wife

I have always done well with pink also. Pink beads and a silver blade has been good over the years.
