Just like Jimmy's said the in Walleye are hit or miss off metro. Got a 1pm 21-1/2in Walleye yesterday and a 32in Northern pike right after. I promised my kids I would bring the pike home and eat it . After filleting it the meat was yellow tinged Water Sky Smile Vertebrate Cloud
. Is this normal? I have caught plenty of pike but have always thrown them back. Just curious if I should feed this to my kids or not. The Walleye fillets look nice.

Here's a pic of the fish!

Thanks, I got most of the y's out I think. Iv'e warned the kids though to look out for the bones. Thanks. BTW believe it or not that was my FIRST Walleye
. I kill the LM & SMB. I have tried to target Walleye but unfortunatly never get em. Leave it to me to be bass fishing and I land my first Walleye on a crankbait lol.
