as i was trying to pull a blanket out in the middle of the night, i intensely painfully pinched a nerve along my left side. my arm is pretty numb, the left side of my neck is SORE, and i can't just let my left arm hang because it's too painful.

any hints at what i can do to make it better?

i tried to stretch it out, but to no avail. danimal rubbed a good portion of it, and it's a skosh better. but man, it still is unblissfully painful!

god am i a klutz!!!

Go to the doctor immediately, my dad had the same thing but his lasted for about a year because nobody seemed to be able to fix it.

Maybe take some Motrin (Anti-Inflamitory) for the pain and swelling. The swelling might not be visible but it's most likely there. Also, soak in a hot bathtub. A heating pad might also work well. I have one if you want to borrow it. Laurie will be home around 1Pm today and I'll be home around 3:15pm. If all that don't work just drink some hard stuff unitl you fall asleep. But if your numb anywhere and the pain is to much Go See A Doctor!!!

still hurts after taking several tylenol, but i'll perservere!

next time you go over the bridge to canada pick up some 222 s ask for ones with codine in them they work good and are good to have on hand iam out of them now and need to go get some if i had id give them to you.
