FLIP: By no means a expert but from the looks of them they are too light. More for walleye than Musky. I would expect wood would serve you better. Lakeside carries them or if you prefer there are some plans out there. You can build your own.

I have tried four different types of boards now I only use wood boards that i made.
The plastic uni-directional boards are only good for calm water, slow trolling speeds, and small to mid-sized baits.
I have had plastic boards porpoise and flip over in rough water making them cross the boat and all the lines. I have had them submarine at high speeds, scary... I have had them collapse while trying to pull large and mutiple baits.
