Thinking of leaving early today to put kiltz on my paneling in the basement before going out...

My question is this: Do the walls need to be sanded (smoothed out) first or can I just have at it?????

Also, how many coats do I need?

Thanks and have a nice day.

DO THIS WITH GOOD VENTALATION ! A MUST !
OPEN UP BASEMENT WINDOWS, PUT ON A FAN, ECT.....
EVEN CAN WEAR A COTTON FACE MASK... IT IS STRONG
NO SANDING REQ'D.
CLEAN THE WALLS ONLY
1 COAT SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT
KILZ WILL STICK TO ANYTHING

if it's that thick, do I need something special to put it on with? Was just going to use a regular old roller...
You can use a regular roller for sure.
But you can dip me into it, and rub me on the walls if you want

Aren't those the skirts that Scotsmen wear?? Might look odd but it is your wall to decorate.
