Just wondered if anyone planned on rafting out in front or tying up at Gino's for the pre raft bash? I know its shallow in the bay so that would limit how close ya could get but maybe those of us with dinghy's could just anchor off shore and run back and forth? Been on vacation and not on here alot so tell me if its already a plan!

We are interested in this. What's the best way to find Ginos surf? We're new boaters this year - any pointers?
I'm gonna talk to Sunbums, they said they were gonna be there.

Plan on being there want to try out para sailing that they someone said they were going to have.

It's very easy to find! It's about a mile south of the beach at Metro.

I would be carefull getting too close to the right side coming in. Lots of broken up concrete. I'll head over there this week with my little boat to do a little research.

That would be a good idea. Providing we can get close enough w/out hitting concrete, etc.

Maybe friday I'll run over there with the dinghy and a pole and check the depth. Maybe I should make about 25 passes back and forth in front of the place dragging the pole to check for obstacles too!
