Hey we are going to be in the process of selling our home within the next 6 months or so. Looking for a potential Real Estate Agent. If you are one, we'd like to talk to you. Please PM me if interested. Or if you know of someone that has a good track record, please give us their name.

We live in Harrison Township on Lakeshore Drive.

Lisa is an agent for RealEstate One Edgington-
Richmond.
Yes, she would really appreciate the business, and I can say that she really caters to her customers and markets the heck out of the homes she lists.

Just found out in order to maximize our relocation money we need to go through this relocation group and then pick a realtor out of that group. So I'll see if some of these folks are part of that deal? Which I don't know what the company is called or anything I gotta find more info.
So confusing.

Well without boring anybody.......Larry got a job with Eaton. He will be the Executive Group Controller for 3 plants and his office will be in Jackson. Soooooo I think a 200 mile commute a day is out of the question, so yes we'll have to move. Not sure where possibly somewhere in Jackson, Ann Arbor or one of the surrounding areas. Where ever we go, I am gathering it will only be about 45 minutes away from here. We're keeping our boat for now so we'll still be here on weekends FOR SURE!! Who knows how long we'll be out there and then who knows where....But with selling our house and all that I gather it will at least be 6 months or more till we move. So that's it in a nutshell. I'm a little sad but excited at the same time. Knowing me I'll be down here all the time, I gotta still shop at Somerset!!
I'll be visiting all the time, and well even TNT Tuesdays are not out of the question.

Thanks everyone for all the responses!! You have access to everything w/ this group!! Will know in the next few weeks what the deal is about getting an agent. I'll keep everyone in mind!!

3Crabs, answer to your question 3100 sqft. Custom built around 1997. Granite counters, 12inch crown molding, imported Italian stone flooring, upgrades on mostly everything, Marble baths, floor, shower etc...No basement on canal after 2nd bridge 2 minutes away from Metro down canal. Pretty cool house, gonna miss it!

Trying to picture your house-my grandparents bought about 40-50 lots in and around that sub and mostly on lake shore drive from the originally developer in 1940-sold them off slowly-Originally it was swampy-my grandfather and another guy dug out and made the bay at the end of the second canal and took the dirt and built up there lots-I lived there on and off with my grandparents through the 70's- they just tore down the house that I lived in-just over the second bridge on the lake-I think 5-6 houses -they built three new houses on the lots. Too bad my grandparents never left us any land.
Still crabs & I would like to move there someday.
