Hot Artichoke Dip

1 cup parmesian cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 can drained artichokes
garlic powder

Cut the artichokes in to little bits, add the parm, mayo and mozzarella- add a few dashes of garlic powder and mix with a spoon.
Transfer into a pie pan or you can use one of those aluminum things at the grocery store (about 9" ones) and bake on 350 for about 35 minutes or until golden!
YUM!!!

Don't have the crab one with me at work, will get it tomorrow.

Next time I make any of the recipes, I will take a picture of the food?

You decide which recipe you want me to list.. Both would be too much typing for my big fingers on these little keys unless you really want both. I can get the recipes tomorrow...

1. My wife loves pork chops cooked in a red wine sauce in the pressure cooker and then you let instant rice soak up the wine sauce...

2. If you like the Big Apple Pancake at "The Original Pancake House" located on Mack in Grosse Pointe Woods, I also have a recipe which is almost exactly the same which a chef had given me...

Let me know if you want either of these recipes. Thanks for your recipes. I will try most of them...

... multitudes of similar recipes to share, hot pockets??, a cinch

pull box out of freezer
unwrap frozen pastry filled with garbage
insert into silver coated cardboard something for who knows why
throw into microwave
press predetermined time button, the popcorn one is pretty accurate
pull contents from microwave once it starts to beep
tilt silved coated cardboard thing on side, hot pocket will slide directly on to paper plate (why do dishes when you can throw them away!)
and voila!!

Shhh ... I make a pretty crappy lasagna too...

Horse pucky!!!!! Your lasagna rocks the house!!!! Some of the Best!!
I'd share my spaghetti recipe but it's a secret that I share only with my daughters! I'll give one secret ingredient that lot's don't use. "Sugar" never know it but it helps put the sauce over the top!!
