I caught him in the fall while fishing with Bomber long A's off of the pier at the GP farms park at night while I was actually targetting walleye (got a few of them that night too - it was a great night). I estimated on the 15 lbs - could have been more? I just wanted to get him back in the water ASAP. Lot's of fun, especially on 10 lb test. Took me about 10-15 minutes to bring in. And then would you believe it - I got one just about the same size the next night too!
