Im looking for some good rod holders for trolling.I had some cheep plastic ones,but they break to easy.I troll for muskie,bass,walleye.I found some made by Berts Custom Tackle,they seem like there heavy duty and the best part is there made in U.S.A.any info and input would be great.

I like the rod holders made by Down-East. All metal and very well made. I know that Lakeside in St. Clair Shores carries them and I am sure other places do as well.

These are just darn right excellent, strong easy to use fit's bait casters, and spinning outfits. Check them out Bass Pro has them.

I like it that they have two clamps for security.

I use Tight Lock rod holders, made out of aluminum tube will not bend, rust, or break , have had 20 lbs.+ Musky's grab the line with a tight drag and that thing wont budge, very sturdy,,,,can adjust the angle's and pivot.........Its just my 27 cents worth.
