found it last year an twisted a prop shaft, havent had any problems this year, but ive only launched there twice. i have been truing to stick to going to the launch at south river by the sheriff station. a friend of mine whacked a brand new balanced, blueprinted, lab finished prop on that deal in selfridges launch...i think its gone now
I drove in and out of the channel yesterday, and the minimum depth my guage read was 3.8ft -- that's from the prop, not bottom of the boat. I stayed out of the center just in case, but lots of boats were going right down the middle with no problems.
