Fished Tuesday 7:30 to 11:30 am started out in 10 fow at about the 11mile area. Drifted out to 15.5 fow with the nice "breeze".Picked up about 2 dozen smallies up to 3.5lbs,mostly on golden shiners drifted on a split shot/hook set up. Caught most of our fish from about 8-10,when they were really snappin, then about 1030 it pretty much died. Managed a few fish on tubes, and one on a floating jig. Best depth was 13-15 fow, even with no weeds on the graph...go figure. With the wind blowing the way it was, For a while there i thought i was crab fishing in the Bering Sea! Bob

The weather guy really blew it today! I went out at 7 am 15 miles and when I finally speared a 4 footer, I came to my senses, and I turned around and limped back home. Supposed to be 10-12 knots and it was 20 sustained with higher gusts...

I applaud your catch!
