Spencers Park

I haven't been able to fish St.Clair or the detroit river much this year do to terrible weather and having to work on days that were nice so I've been going to nearby lakes such as sylvan glenn, stoney and spencers. I made it to spencers around 4 and managed to catch several small bluegills on an ears hair with my fly rod. Only saw a few small largemouth bass. I thought I would try and catch one so I put on a chartreuse/white bitsy pond minnow and within a few casts I managed to catch an 8.25" bluegill. You could say I was pretty surprised when I saw him come out of the weeds and hit. I ended up staying till 7:30 and caught all the fish by the fishing dock.

I used to work at that park a decade or so ago and it had some monster largemouth in it. I am sure it still has a good population but it has been awhile since I fished it. Nice gill.
nice crappie to in the spring there right under the dock..
Where is Spencers Park? I hope I don't seem like and idiot for asking. I know I have heard of it, but cannot for the life of me remember where it is. Thanks.
