Starsky and Hutch on LSCN

There's a guy here on the board that has some serious pull at a large company that I would like to say thank you to.

1 week ago I worked on his boat and he asked about the job thing and I told him, yea, I have a couple offers for the end of August (teacher, right) but really need something until then.

The next (Tuesday)morning he calls me up and says send him a resume. Not even 5 minutes later I get a call from a woman asking if I would like to come in for an interview on Wednesday. The interviewer cuts it short because he likes me so much and asks me to return the next day (Thursday) to demonstrate my presentation skills. After I present, he says thanks, I did well and I should be getting a offer Monday (today)The woman calls me again and say that they would like me to start on Monday. So long because paper process time.

So it's like this guy walked into work the day after I talk to him and says,
"Job,
This man,
DO IT! "
and it's done.

I would really like to say thanks man, although it's probably a temporary gig until fall, but maybe not, it's really gonna help me out.
