the tv is different( 125 gallon reef aquarium)

the parents should be taught about a proper diet & execercise.
then get rid of the tv & game systems .
if junoir wants them back he'll have to go earn the $ to buy new ones. ( cut grass, paper route , washin windows etc.)
by the time he gets enough money to get that stuff likely he wont want them.
it worked for a friends kids ( & their grades went up)
