First, highlight, right-click and copy this:

Then, go up and click on My Controls
next, along the LEFT side you'll see Edit Avatar Settings, click that.

Then, right click and paste that URL address you copied into the line next too where it says "Your Avatar", make sure your height and width settings below that are at "64" and then hit the big button at the bottom.

Redo it, but this time right click on the actual image above, select Properties, and copy the URL address from there.
