GNT Tuesday Night on St. Clair - With my old man

GNT Elite - With Basstrap896

BFL - Probably just the 1st one on Clair

Everstart - Detroit River and Buffalo for sure. Champlain is a maybe.

Misc Opens - Plug in a few misc tournaments on Clair here and there. Most likely fish Roy's Oakland Bassmasters open, Jan's open, and a few others.

Oh yeah, almost forget....going to be backseating the RCL walleye tournament on the 24th!

More than likely I'll fish the first Oakland tournament on St. Clair. I'll probably fish some more opens on St. Clair, and maybe a couple of the GNT Franklin tournaments. It doesn't look like I'll be able to commit to a circuit this year (again). I'm planning to fish the Wonderland open on Erie. Beyond that, whatever else I can work into the schedule.

Fishing the GNT Elite with Tom Sokolowski (BassPro on the board) and the Michigan Federation with Bill "Mac" McElroy. I will try to get in as many opens as I can on Clair.....doesnt seem like I get to fish as many of them as I would like the past few years. Gonna have to change that!

Might even sneak in an ABA or GNT weeknight too....

As Mini mentioned,....fishing the MBCF with him,..then the rest of the summer I'm fishing with family and friends for pleasure,.....looking for new tournament water and learning more about the river and lake in general. Have been so busy the last two years with "Scales and Tales" that I haven't had time to do the "fun fishing" that I've wanted to do for so long. If I find a good bunch of fish and there's an "open" the next day,...maybe I'll fish it,...but other than the MBCF, I don't have any commitments and I want to keep it that way. This is going to be a hardcore "learning/practicing" year for me...it's way over-due and quite frankly,...much deserved!!..LOL I've also got a bunch of travel I have to do for Ranger and AP, so I'm keeping my "free time" schedule as open as possible. I really want to get my wife and daughters out more this year too....they're going to be a Jr.&Sr. in HS next year and off to college after that,.....and I don't have NEARLY enough pix's of them holding up fish!! Besides,..They have been extremely supportive of me and MY efforts over the past 10years.....it's time to pay them back!!

Howdy Fellas,

Pretty new to the world of msg boards and this seemed like a pretty good site. I am in Ontario and
while surfing seen a site. ErieAnglers.com. I contacted the fella on the site and I do believe I'll give his tournament series a go. Price is right and if even close to full feilds really good paybacks. Plus he said they were looking to have some walleye tournies as well. A lot better than whats on this side of the border $$$ wise that is!

Team Houston.

I may be interested in sharing a ride or a room at Champlain. I am going to wait and see how I am sitting in the points after the other 3 tournaments, then decide if I want to make the 10 hour trip. The only problem with sharing a ride is if one of us makes the cut and the other doesn't. Are you fishing as a pro or co-angler? I am fishing as a co-angler. I also fish the BFL's as a boater, so if you fish the BFL maybe we can discuss Champlain as the season goes on. Otherwise, send me an e-mail if you would like to discuss it further.

Thanks, Jim
