I think a DVD will hold 2 hrs of video.

I should be setup to do this at home shortly, but I'll be lucky to find time to do my own. <_<

I had some old Super-8 film transferred to VHS at Troy video. On Rochester Rd. I think they do transfers to DVD as well.

It's not cheep thou. It cost me about $150 for 3, 6" reels. That was just a straight transfer. If you want them to set up the DVD with chapter and scene selection menus who knows what it will cost.

Good luck.

I think I'd just BUY the DVD's. If you're transferring old ones, you can probably pickup the DVD's for under $10 each!

I knew that you guys did filming and editing but I did not know that you did transfers from film to tape/DVD. That is good to know.

Either way I had this done back when I was just getting to know the peeps here and I didn't know what any of you did for a living.

Samson I just checked my blank DVDs, they hold 2 hrs of video. I'm sure the brothers will hook you up.
