lol...

it's been one of those weeks for little to no sleep for a hundred reasons...

what do you do to ebb the pain from scratchy tired eyes?

To get in gear for sitting at a computer for 9 hours a day?

I need some tips!

coffee isn't denting it!

i sit at a computer from 7am to 5pm and the only thing i have found is to get up and walk around to get blood flowing and heart pumping.
hint/// dont drink too much coffee if it doesnt work, it will hit you all at once and the results are not pleasant......

i tap my feet all day, that seems to help..

Slap you thiigh with an open flat hand really hard. That should wake you up.... At lunch go out and buy Bausch & Lomb Opcon-A for your eyes.. Use it sparingly... Too much use can cause red eyes or enlarged pupils... Great stuff to use if you get something in your eyes. If you wear contacts I don't think that you can use this product???

Sneak into the bathroom and dip your feet in cold water... it'll wake ya up.

Fresh air and a fast paced walk just a few feet will help too.

Having worked midnights for going on 7 years these are just 2 of the easy things I try.

Try the people that live across the street from me. They always seem to keep me awake. <_<
