I don't think it's bending any LSCN rules, and I think it's fair to give GWAP a chance to defend the accusations of him being a child porn peddler or whatever. Do I think the subject could have been worded a little more taseful, yes. Probably. Would I expect GWAP to word it any different, no!

anyone can sue anyone these days, find a hungry lawyer and you might have a case, no lawyer, sue in small claims.......

And people can be VERY jumpy about anything involving children.
I read of one photographer who was arrested, camera confiscated, for taking pictures of children at a parade! A mother thought he was a pedophile.
It wasn't til he got to court that they looked at what was in his camera and saw lots of peoples faces and lots of shots of the parade.
The judge threw the case out.
How can you take shots of a parade and not see children's faces?

On a just as crazy note, I had a coworker about 5 years ago who needed a passport for her kid so they could go to Germany and she could not get a picture taken. CVS, Walgreens, Kinkos, all of them refused because they are not allowed to take pictures of anyone under 18.

I just can't understand why, all of a sudden, this guy "the GWAP" comes out of nowhere, and starts posting these crazy polls about NUDITY, and Beach Patrols, and Jobbienooner, and Girls Gone Wild, right in the middle of winter

. I NEVER remember him stirring the pot like this before. The way he writes, along with his grammar, is VERY FAST EDDIE like, and as someone said earlier( in fact I posted it in another thread last week)THIS guy could pass as Eddie. It's almost like Eddie is trying to get back at everyone for finding out he was the "Canada Rules" guy.
