i was listening the the ship to shore the other day and a guy said the fish being marked these days may be carp headed to the canals to spawn.

Was out Saturday fishing for walleye...started out down by the river, then made it up and fished
between the 400 Club and 9 mile with no luck. I didn't see many wet nets either. We marked a
ton of fish, but no takers for the first time this year. Anyone have any luck and where?
