Warning, open water

A warning to you all. I just got Lakeside's weekly fishing report and they state that there is a large amount of open water or ice only about 1" thick between Cotton Road and Selfridge but they weren't exactly sure just yet as apparently this has just recently opened up. Please be careful. The report stated that a couple of four wheelers may have gone in and someone may have died as well. If you are fishing in these areas please be very cautious (more so than normal). If true, it shows that you can never be too careful (most areas of the ice near Selfridge is 16-20inches thick)

I went out Tuesday and nobody was fishing between Sulferidge and cotton Road. I was wondering what was going on. Thanks for the tip.
