That's just algae & runoff that came out of the rivers from the rain storms.

Just a quick update to let everybody know that there is now a slight chance for thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening across the entire area. No severe weather is expected, but none the less these storms will contain lightning, rain, and brief gusty winds with some of the stronger storms as well as pea sized hail. Stay safe everybody, and keep an eye to the sky!
