I went for a bike ride tonight to do something healthy besides sit here talk with you all, and drink beer, and well right across from our sub is a party store, and you guessed it. I'm sitting here talking with you all, and drinking a beer.

This time it lasted twice as long as the last time, so I guess I'm getting better. Laura just laughed, and said she would rather see me drink Labatt Blue Light then sit around eating potatoe chips. Little does she know I bought the 24 ounce cans this time.

I tore a ligament in my hand a few weeks ago and have been riding my bike to the store cause I can't get my normal exercise playing b-ball.

What are ya sayin?? We are home, sometimes on monday evenings, and thursdays occasionaly and if I get off on sunday and don't go to my other job

I'm usually trying to get to bed by then!!! Tough to get up at 4:45 to go to the gym if I'm up any later! If it's not raining later, I might go for a ride. I'll cruise by.
