After seeing several muskie following my big bass baits last year, I have caught muskie fever. What kind of fishing line works the best for the BIG guys? Do you really need 50lb test with a leader? I will tend to cast more than troll. I love the Power Pro braided line for casting baits. I have a Cabelas Muskie rod (7ft 1-2 1/2oz) with an Abu Garcia C4, along with a Bass Pro (7ft 1/2-1 1/2) baitcasing set up (not to mention seven other combos).

P.S.-Have any of you guys caught muskie on big jigs?
